“I am a mom of three who's not just focused on lifting weights or losing weight but my mission as a trainer is to change your life through empowering you to love yourself, cherish your body, and gain confidence. My journey into the world of fitness started at a time when I felt like I was struggling with postpartum depression. Struggling to feel myself again, I stumbled upon the power of movement and fueling my body properly. Through lifting weights and nourishing my body with wholesome foods, I discovered a newfound strength – physically, mentally, and emotionally. Fast forward almost a decade later, I have a NASM CPT, 7 years of experience as a personal trainer, group fitness certification, and specialized training in prenatal and postpartum care.
