Not at all! We welcome clients of all fitness levels, from beginners to experienced athletes. Our programs are tailored to meet you where you are and help you progress safely and effectively. Even if you have never lifted a weight or been in a gym, we are here to help you!
We focus on personalized, holistic approaches to fitness and nutrition. Unlike cookie-cutter programs, we create customized plans that consider your unique goals, lifestyle, and preferences. We also utilize InBody scans to help get a complete picture of your body and track progress.
The frequency of training depends on your individual goals and current fitness level. We highly recommend training at least 2-3 times per week with a trainer and then a couple of times outside the studio. During your consultation, we'll discuss the optimal training schedule for you.
No. We have found in our experience that in-person training sessions lead to better results and longer-lasting habit change. We will however provide you with workout plans to complete at home in-between training sessions.
